Therese "Teddy" Fitzsimmons born September 30, 1941, Beloved wife of Patrick J. Fitzsimmons (d) Daughter of Thomas J. Lennon (d) and Marie L. Lennon (Kirn) (d) of Glenside, PA. Departed this world peacefully, after an aggressive bout of ALS on September 27, 2021. Teddy was the only child born into a very large family. Pre-deceased by brother's Thomas & Joseph, and sister Katherine. Teddy is survived by four (4) brothers and seven (7) sisters, multiple nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, and great-great nieces & nephews. Teddy was employed at Abington Memorial Hospital for over 50 years in the Human Resources Department.
