Patricia A. Duffy passed away on Saturday May 22, 2021 at the VNA Hospice in Philadelphia. Patricia was born in Philadelphia to the late James and Elizabeth (nee McDermott) Duffy. She was raised in Abington, PA and graduated from Our Lady Help of Christians Grade School and Bishop McDevitt High School. She has resided in Philadelphia for the later part of her life. Patti is the Beloved mother of Neil Fronk, O'Shana E. Duffy-McCoy and Jaime L. Duffy-McCoy. She is survived by a brother, James Duffy and a sister, Nancy Montgomery. Patti was predeceased by her sister, Kathryn Holahan. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass Wednesday, June 2, 2021, 12:30 PM. at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 1500 Marian Rd. Abington, PA. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham, PA. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory to VNA Philadelphia Hospice, 3300 Henry Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19129 would be appreciated by the family.
