Michael C. Krout passed away suddenly September 1, 2020 at his home in Abington. Born in Abington to the late Linford Carlton and Frances (nee Fawcett) Krout he was a graduate of Abington High School and Textile College in Philadelphia. Mike spent his career as a truck driver for Meenan Oil and later for Suburban Propane from where he just retired this year. Michael loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and was very proud of his finely manicured lawn. He is the beloved husband of Dawn (nee Loessy) Krout. Loving father of Phillip, Brittany Hatfield (Jeremy) and Evan (Jannie), and doting grandfather of Cole and Jackson. He is also survived by sisters Debbie Gutknecht and Betsy Schmitt and many nieces and nephews. Due to current cirmumstances services and interment will be private for the family. Contributions in his memory to the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, 2397 Quentin Rd., Suite B, Lebanon, PA 17042 would be appreciated by the family.
