Marion Carroll formerly of Abington, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away Sunday, March 15,

2026 at Spring House Estates surrounded by her family. She was 92 years old.

Marion was born on March 29, 1933 in Berlin-Steglitz, Germany. Daughter of the late Paul Kurt Dorn and the late Elizabeth Gertrude (nee Willmann) Specht, and sister of the late Manfred P. Dorn.  She was the wife of the late John Martin who passed away in 1978. She later met her beloved husband, John Carroll, who passed away in 1993. She is survived by her four children, Janet Trampe (Michael),Christina Haydu (John), John Martin (Patricia), and Catherine Fellmeth (Will). Marion was a devoted and loving grandmother to Jennifer, Michael, Heather, Billy, Kelly, Steven, Kirsten, Nicole, Rebecca, and Allison. Her devotion and love extended to her great-grandchildren Aleena, Kierra, Summer, and James.

Marion immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1951. She became a dental

hygienist while dedicating herself to her favorite job: raising her children. Marion kept

herself busy through her many hobbies and activities including travel, gardening,

playing cards, leisurely strolls, volunteering, and socializing with friends and family.

The most important thing in Marion's life was family. She always brought her family

together through her famous Sunday dinners, babysitting her many grandchildren, and

enjoying all her family in one place. Through all the celebrations in life, Marion's most

joyful moments were having all of her family together. She cherished every moment and

that joy will be greatly missed by her family.
