Frank Amedeo Tinari Jr.

TINARI, Frank A., Jr., a lifelong resident of Huntingdon Valley, passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy B. Tinari (née Kraus) and the loving father of Jennifer Chupalio (Matt) and Andrew Tinari (Beth). He was the devoted grandfather of James Chupalio and Victoria and Olivia Tinari. He was the brother of Clementine Dix (Emil), Lilianne Ager, and Anthony P. Tinari (Maryalice). Frank is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

Born on August 7, 1943, to Anne Palmer and Frank Tinari Sr., Frank possessed a curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a deep appreciation for family, history, and life itself.

As a student, Frank excelled in math and spelling and earned recognition at science fairs. One of his fondest childhood memories was helping his family rebuild greenhouses for his parents' African violet business in Huntingdon Valley, an experience that taught him the value of hard work and perseverance.

One of the greatest blessings of Frank's life was marrying the love of his life, Dorothy. Together they built a lifetime of love, family, and cherished memories. Side by side, they worked in the family business, sharing not only the responsibilities of work but also a partnership built on dedication, respect, and unwavering support for one another.

Frank had a passion for antique cars, collecting inkwells, and finding unique treasures from the past. He loved preserving old things and the stories they carried, reflecting his appreciation for history and the people who came before him.

Above all, Frank loved life and believed in the potential of others. He often said, "Young people growing up just don't realize all the things that they can do in life."

Frank will be remembered for his curiosity, kindness, sense of humor, and love of family. His legacy lives on in the memories he created, the values he passed on, and the lives he touched.
