Felino R. Reyes passed away Thursday October 16, 2025, at the age of 72. Born in the Philippines on December 14, 1952, to the late Jeremias and Rosario (nee Ravasco) Reyes, he received his bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Feati University in Manila. Felino worked as a photojournalist for the Department of Enviroment and natural Resources in the Phiippines. He moved to Philadelphia in 1996. He was also an active member and the official photographer of the Filipino Executive Council of Greater Philadelphia. Felino also loved to paint and travel.

He was the beloved husband of Librada (nee Arocena) Reyes, loving father of Maria Reyes (David O'Neil) and grandfather of Quincey. He is the brother of Loretto Dela Torre (Santiago), Ramon Reyes (Lourdes), Monserrat Reyes,Miguel Reyes, Corazon Jacinto (Carlos) and the late Wilfredo Reyes (Annabelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday October 24, 2025, 10:00 am at St. James Church, 8320 Brookside Rd. Elkins Park where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. His interment in St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Rd. Chalfont, PA will be held Saturday October 25, 2025, at 12:30 pm.
