In Loving Memory of Carol Joan Harris Ornowski

June 21,1939 - February 19, 2024

Carol passed away on Monday, February 19th, 2024 in the care of St.

Mary's Rehabilitation Center in Cherry Hill NJ at the age of 84.

She was the daughter of Henry Harris from Oklahoma and Mildred

Harris ( Kirkland ) from Arkansas and was born in Jersey City NJ,

growing up in Newark and Harrison, NJ. She was married in Harrison

and raised her children in Kearny NJ. Upon retirement, she relocated

to Levittown Pa, and later moved to Port St. Lucie Florida and then

returned to Langhorne Pa.

She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald R. Ornowski. Carol was

the loving mother of Cheryl Murray ( John ), Ron Ornowski ( Deserie ),

John Ornowski ( Roseanne ) and Cindy Johnson ( Marshall ).

She was the the loving grandmother to Joe Valeri, Kevin Murray,

Mackenzie Davis ( Ryan ), Corey Ornowski, Brandon Ornowski,

Madison Altiere ( Eric), Brianna Valeri, Kayla Valeri and Jonathan

Ornowski.

She was the proud great grandmother to Charli and Ted Altiere

( Madison and Eric ).

Carol was the friend and caretaker of her sister Peggy ( Mildred

Coates ) her brother James Harris, Dolores Kmosko ( Robert) ,

Thomas Harris ( Eilene ).

She was a member of the Red Hatters Club, a Met and Giant fan,

singer, songwriter and poet who loved playing bingo and scrabble

with her friends and enjoyed the time she spent with her family.

There will be no public services, as per her wishes.
