Obituary

In loving memory of Ann "Nancy" Cuthrell Harris, a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness and unwavering love. She passed away on September 28th at the age of 88 surrounded by her cherished family.

Nancy had a deep passion for the written word fostering a love for literature through her involvement in book clubs throughout her life. Her enthusiasm for teaching was evident in her dedication to imparting knowledge and inspiring countless students during her teaching career.

Above all, her love for her family was unparalleled. She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband, Gene, and their bond served as an enduring example of love and commitment. Her role as a mother was central to her life, and she poured her heart into nurturing her children.

Nancy enjoyed the thrill of Broadway shows often attending performances that filled her heart with joy, especially if Hugh Jackman was the headliner. She cherished her friendships dearly having strong and lasting connections with those she held close.

The arrival of grandchildren and great grandchildren brought immense joy to her life. She delighted in their company and treasured every moment spent together. She was the first on her feet yelling "Bravo!" at their performances and if you couldn't see her at their sporting events you certainly could hear shouting encouraging words to all!

She found solace and happiness in the company of friends playing Rummikub, dining at Marzano's and traveling abroad. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten as her memory lives on in all the hearts of the people who had the privilege of knowing her.

Nancy is survived by daughters Gail Miller (Dave), Chrissy Kremp (Scott), her son Tom Harris (Barb), grandchildren Rachel Harris-Phillips (Zach), David Miller, Janet Harris, Emily Brady (James), Madison Liberti (Derek), Ryan Kremp, Ashley Kremp, Jennifer Kremp and great grandchildren Leon Harris-Phillips and Frances Harris-Phillips.
