Obituary for Joseph M. "Sully" Sullivan

Joseph M. Sullivan, “Sully”, age 86, a 55 year resident of Hatboro passed away peacefully November 10, 2018 surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia to the late Frank and Anna Sullivan he was the brother of John Sullivan (Ethel) and the late Charles, Francis and Anna Baldwin. Mr. Sullivan was a postman in Hatboro for 30 years. Joe was also longtime umpire and coach for Hatboro and Upper Moreland Little Leagues and a basketball and volleyball referee for CYO Region 11 where the annual Sportsmanship Award is presented in his name each year. An avid photographer he spent years as the unofficial photographer for Our Lady Help of Christians Church, School and athletics.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday Eve. 7 to 9 pm at FitzPatrick Funeral Home, 1500 Old York Rd. Abington and to his Funeral Mass Wednesday 10 am at Our Lady Help of Christians, 1500 Marian Rd. Abington, PA 19001. Int. Friday 11:30 am at Washington Crossing Cemetery 830 Highland Ave. Newtown, PA. In Lieu of flowers contributions in his Memory to above named church would be appreciated by the family.
