REED, John H. ( Jack) 83 years old, July 16, 2014. Dearly beloved by his wife of 62 years, cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, that numbers 40, all of whom mourn his passing. He was a devoted Husband, Dad, and Pop-pop. He will be remembered for his quick wit, generosity, guidance, and expertise. As cancer took its toll, he inspired all of us with his Faith, courage, and fortitude. He will be missed by his extended family: his two sisters-in-law and their children, and his dear Carmelite Nuns, who, for more than a decade, relied on him as an advisor, benefactor, and caretaker of their Monastery. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 7631 Waters Road, Cheltenham PA on Saturday, July 19, at 10:00am. Interment will be private.
